If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund of the product price within 30 days after receiving your order. This applies to opened and unopened products.

How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@elenova.shop or +1 (833) 369-0735 within 30 days after receiving your order. Please include your order number and full name. We will confirm your refund request and send you the return instructions and the correct return address.
Please do not send any item back before you have received our return instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first or sent to an unauthorized address cannot be processed.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us immediately and include clear photos of the product and, if possible, the packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at no extra cost to you.

Subscriptions
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first order and to every subscription shipment, counted from the day you receive each shipment. To stop future shipments, see our Cancellation Policy.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refundable, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered.

Refunds
Once your return has been received, we will confirm your refund by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow some additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please contact us at support@elenova.shop.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In addition to our 30-day money-back guarantee, if your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
